The Scale was the first poke bowl restaurant to open in Vermont. Since 2018 we’ve been offering delicious poke bowls and acai bowls made with wild caught fish, locally raised meats, house made sauces and locally sourced produce. Our unique customizable menu is perfect for accommodating dietary restrictions such as gluten free, vegan, vegetarian and dairy free.

Our vegan poke bowl menu is below. Any acai bowls can be made vegan by removing honey or nutella

    Citrus Ponzu - tamari - lime juice - cilantro - red pepper flakes

    Spicy Teriyaki - tamari - pineapple - garlic - sambal - brown sugar

    Vegan Firecracker - vegan mayo - sriracha - togorashi

    Maple Chili - Slopeside maple syrup - chili blend- rice wine vinegar
