ABOUT THE SCALE
The Scale opened in 2018 as Vermont’s first customizable poke bowl shop. We offer a variety of protein options such a wild caught sushi grade fish and locally sourced beef, chicken & tofu. All of our sauces are house made and are available to purchase by the bottle as well.
